The Brief

Rhino Rack’s customers were getting increasingly frustrated with their online experience. A dated website with a bumpy user experience, visitors were finding it hard to locate the products they were after. Rhino Rack approached us to turn it into something they – and their customers – would love.

The Challenge

Design a new website that outdoors explorers can navigate without crashing! Our task was to turn the current user experience into something a whole lot more enjoyable than the current model and introduce the new search feature: ‘Fit My Vehicle’.

The Strategy

Putting our Customer Hat on, we worked out what visitors to the site actually wanted – and were struggling with. Quite simply, they wanted to find the right product for their car, quickly and easily. ‘Fit My Vehicle’ was on course to be a big hit – and the star of the site.

The Solution

We designed a new website that put the customer in the driving seat. ‘Fit My Vehicle’ is a simple, intuitive search tool that serves up exactly what the customer needs, creating a rewarding, time-saving customer journey and ultimately, buying experience. Plus it’s a great data capture device for future cross-sell opportunities. Win-win? We think so.
