Develop an online credit platform that allows FleetPartners to offer financing options for car dealerships to easily support their customers looking to lease vehicles for their business.
Many car dealerships were unable to offer credit options for small businesses, necessitating upfront payment for vehicles, which could result in possible revenue loss for the dealership.
For FleetPartners, dealing with credit applications was a time-consuming process, having to manually complete and submit paperwork for their customers, creating inefficiencies and delays during the credit application and review process.
FleetPartners required a solution that offered car dealerships the ability to provide more flexible credit options for their customers through an online platform and gain more control and visibility to manage applications and credit checks, helping reduce admin time and increase credit applications through their dealer network.
Step 1 was to create a tool that car dealerships could use to submit credit applications for their customers to complete without the need for additional paperwork or contacting FleetPartners directly.
From this, we looked to provide dealerships the ability to update the UI of the platform to match their own branding, making it feel like a singular brand experience for their customers.
The second step involved automating FleetPartners' manual credit application and approval process, removing the need for paperwork, increasing application visibility and status, and adopting a more proactive stance when a customer lease is about to expire.
We created a white label solution that could be easily skinned to match the brand and identity of each dealership or business that could be accessed from any device, making it easy for staff to securely log in to the platform from anywhere as required.
We provided the functionality and tools for dealerships to self-service and manage their own customer credit applications, run credit checks, and provide quotes, helping reduce the admin and processing time for each application.
The platform allows FleetPartners to assist dealerships service their customers with the quoting process giving full transparency with integration in Salesforce not only on the dealership but also on the customer who is applying for the finance.
The platform was rolled out across Australia and New Zealand with additional functionality to provide fleet discounts and dealer discounts for New Zealand clients.
