The problem

As Rhino Rack have a vast selection of products and accessories – all tailored to different models of vehicles and years – it can be an overwhelming experience for the customer to find, or even work out what to look for, when purchasing a roof mount solution for their vehicle.

The Challenge

In order to simplify the search process for customers in store and minimise the need for a Sales Rep to assist, Rhino-Rack were looking to launch a digital Kiosk within their showrooms and display centres. They knew we had the technical expertise and creative talent to make this happen.

The Strategy

We decided to create and build a unique ‘Fit my vehicle’ user journey for the in-store kiosk that would allow customers to search for products based on their car model or car registration – helping simplify the search experience and reduce the time needed to find relevant products for their vehicle.

The Solution

Simplify the whole search process and experience through an intuitive, easy-to-complete in-store touchscreen app that directed the customer to products designed for their vehicle and captured their data for future visits—saving everyone time, this time and next time!
